Local farmers, community partners, VCU CMH facilities staff, and Extension Master Gardener Volunteers joined forces to bring the new community garden to life at VCU CMH in South Hill, VA in June 2025. The initiative was spearheaded by Virginia Cooperative Extension Family and Consumer Sciences SNAP-Ed Agent Lenora Wright.
